Into the Wild we go! This epic half day sled dog tour begins with gearing up, and a brief retrospect into the life of a Yukon Dog Musher. You will then be introduced to your team of huskies and will soon be on your way down the trail! At the halfway point of your tour, we will park the dogs and take in the massive vista of the Ibex valley and the Takhini River have your cameras ready! The huskies will let us know when it is time to race for home.
Your guide will teach along the way how to command the dogs and steer the sled.

All dog sledding tours are “Learn to Mush – Self-drive”, this means that your own personal guide will be along for the ride with you in order to teach you how to command the dogs and how to control the sled. Tours begin at either 10:30am or 1:30pm. If using our shuttle service, you will be picked up 45 minutes before your tour begins (9:45am or 12:45pm).
